As an Administrator you will be an integral part of our Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital team. You will provide excellent patient care & work closely with Patients, Radiographers, Radiologists, Consultants & all departments across Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. You will have enthusiasm, dedication, commitment and a keen eye for attention to detail to provide and deliver a high quality service to our patients’ whist undertaking a wide variety of duties.
As an Administrator you will;
Support the Outpatients department
Provide a first class customer service
Attend & book appointments for patients
Answer face to face and telephone enquiries
Take payments
Be a part of a dynamic and friendly team.
To succeed as an Administrator you will;
Have great people skills with the ability to treat patients with compassion and empathy.
Ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Have good IT and keyboard skills.
Have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment
Have knowledge of medical terminology (Desirable)
