We are currently seeking a dedicated and conscientious support worker to join our friendly team on a part time basis. (20 Hours per week).

The ideal applicant will be caring and compassionate individual with strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping our clients. They will be self motivated, well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant will work with our clients on a one to one basis in their own homes and in the community.

Duties include:

- Supporting individuals daily routine.
- Promoting independence and socialisation.
- Supporting individuals to reach their goals and full potential.
- Supporting domestic tasks & pet care.
- Attending appointments.
- Supporting positive relationships.

NO personal care required.

Previous experience in support work is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

A full driving licence is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Shift:

- 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Carlisle, Cumbria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
