Deputy Head of College

Farleigh College is recruiting for a Deputy Head Teacher. We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder, with a passion for providing children and young people with special needs with the best possible education. You will have knowledge of formulating the aims and objectives of the school, whilst establishing policies for achieving these aims and objectives. You will be energetic and have a strong sense of moral purpose, and the ability to inspire the team to achieve the highest standards to ensure best outcomes for pupils. Reporting to the Head of College the postholder will be part of the College leadership team and will be pivotal in developing and integrating a shared vision and strategic plan for the College.

Farleigh Further Education College Frome is an independent specialist college for young people aged 16 to 25 who have an ASD diagnosis.
The College supports both day and residential learners and has a number of residential homes linked to the provision.
