Construction Certification is a booking agent and training provider for the construction industry. We are a fast growing technology and e-commerce company, offering a platform for construction industry related qualifications and training, to help people that work on construction sites in the UK.

**Job Overview**:
You will be reporting into Head of Operations and supervising a small team which processes customer orders and carries out general customer service enquiries as well as being point of contact for customer escalations, and helping with business projects and growth.

The role will be based mainly from home, however there is space available in the office if needed. You will also be required to attend regular meetings online and on request at the office.
- Effectively supervising the team including, training, upskilling and onboarding new hires.
- Managing team rota's and schedules.
- Working with the team to increase and optimise operational efficiencies.
- Tracking operational and company efficiency metrics overtime.
- Optimise employee workflows and information sharing between team members to increase efficiencies.
- Implement changes to optimise employee work flows, internal systems and back office functions for the company.
- Providing regular updates and reports on relevant company metrics.
- Work with the Head of Operations to implement long-term company vision and meet targets.
- Work with the team to provide an enjoyable and productive work environment.
- Carry out back office tasks such as HR, rota completion, holiday tracking and onboarding/hiring employees.

**Required skills**:

- Use of customer service (CRM) software such as Zendesk or similar.
- Experienced in customer service (essential)
- 2 years plus supervisory experience. Supervising teams of over 5 staff
- Exposure to supervising teams virtually
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organisational skills.
- Fluent English including written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills including Office/Gmail.
- Willing to undertake any other relevant duties as may reasonably be requested.
- Willing to take full responsibility for the performance of themselves and the team's performance.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively.
- Succession planning to support your daily ongoing activities.
- Strong work ethic.

Ideal Experience
- 2+ years supervisor experience.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and evidence managing teams.
- Experience working in a technology enabled business.

37.5+ hours per week.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
