Contract Scotland are delighted to be working on a new vacancy for a freelance Site Manager to undertake a 16 week contract commencing on the 3rd of February for 16 weeks to oversee an internal refurbishment project in Fife.
Our client are an internal fit out and refurbishment specialist contractor who, thanks to a successful track record of delivery have garnered repeat business from their own client to deliver an internal refurbishment on one of their industrial facilities nearKirkcaldy.
The works commence on the 3rd of February and run for a 16 week period. The works are tightly scheduled and will involve a working pattern of 12 days on and 2 days off.
There may be some variance in these working hours but maximum hours that the site will be operational during will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 6pm, Friday 1pm - 12am, Saturday & Sunday 8am - 6pm.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid are all required. Asbestos Awareness and Scaffold Inspection is desirable.
Can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
