**Duties**
- Construct, install, and repair structures using wood, metal, and other materials.
- Perform roofing tasks, ensuring proper installation and maintenance.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Engage in painting and finishing work to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Carry out masonry work, including bricklaying and stone setting.
- Fabricate components as required for specific building projects.
- Conduct electrical installations and repairs following safety regulations.
- Execute welding tasks for metal structures or components as needed.
- Plumb fixtures and systems to ensure proper water flow and drainage.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to complete projects efficiently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is required.
- Knowledge of roofing techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with painting, masonry, electrical work, welding, plumbing, and carpentry is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively.
