NobleCare is a provider of specialised and complex support for people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We offer customised support packages throughout our properties in the West Midlands, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a maintenance person to support our residential care homes in Evesham. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Repairs and enhancements to company facilities and equipment
- Install and maintain equipment that is to be used at the company facilities
- Plumbing - un-blocking sinks, traps and waste pipes, maintenance of taps, repair and replacement of toilets, sinks, showers and baths
- Painting and Decorating to a high standard
- Joinery
- first line maintenance of fixtures and fittings
- Electrics - fitting of plugs and sockets to appliances, in accordance with H&S guidelines
- Clean and test light fittings and systems, replacing where necessary minor parts such as tubes, bulbs, fuses starters and diffusers, in accordance with safe working practices
- Ensure that gullies and drains are kept free from debris and that the home grounds are litter free
- Responsible for ensuring clear and safe pedestrian access to the home, particularly in adverse weather conditions
- Maintain Company facility gardens and driveways
- Dispose of waste materials in a safe, hygienic manner ensuring that it is available for collection as required
