A globally ranked US law firm is searching for a Senior Business Development Executive to join their Client Relations Team. This London-based role reports into the Client Focus Director and involves partnering with relationship lawyers to cross sell opportunities,support on regional client support, and prioritised BD support. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to continue honing their skills in the client relationship space.

The role's responsibilities include:

- Executing strategies to grow revenue from targeted clients.
- Providing partners with short-term, prioritised business development areas.
- Organising and delivering client thought leadership events - inc client roundtables, panel sessions, and regional/global conferences - alongside the local BD teams and Partners.
- Supporting in providing client development best practices, coaching CRLs, and client teams across the firm.
- At least **3 years' experience in marketing/business development** - within a **law firm** or wider **professional services** (accountancy, consultancy, real estate, etc).
- Minimum of**1 years' experience managing people and/or teams**.
- A **bachelor's degree** or equivalent.
- The ability to work successfully with virtual/global teams across different time zones.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- The ability to build strong relationships with all levels of lawyers, and coach them on client development best practices.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
