The role of Pastoral Support Manager is vital in equipping students with the tools and strategies they need to present the best version of themselves. The Pastoral Support Manager will lead on designing pastoral interventions for at risk students and ensurethat this is implemented to the highest standard. Appropriate systems will be used to track, monitor and evaluate pupil progress as well as the overall effectiveness of interventions.

As a Behaviour and Pastoral support manager you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day management and running of the Reflection room/ Timeout room.

We are looking for a Behaviour and Pastoral Support specialist who has the following skills:

- Strong behavioural management and communication skills.
- Has the energy, passion and commitment to improve behaviour outcomes for all our learners, with a genuine interest in the whole development of every child.
- A passion for encouraging learner's engagement within the education process by supporting behaviour for learning.
