**Board Members - Job Role**

**A newly formed Community Interest Company is looking for Board Members to work with the Founder/CEO. The Company has been formed to support children, young people, young adults and their families through therapy and coaching.**

The role will be focussed on the strategic direction of the company and you will be part of the leadership team. You will be motivated, enthusiastic, passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives, this is essential for the role.

The role will be 1 day per month to start with and will be a paid role once funding is received. If you have fundraising experience we would look to increase the number of days that we can offer, we are also looking for people with experience of working with families.

The Job Role:

- Further develop the strategic vision for the company and drive this forward
- Monthly board meeting
- Help to build relationships with funders
- Help to build relationships with other counselling and coaching providers

**Job Type**: Part-time
