Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is excited to be offering a permanent opportunity within Knowsley 0-25 Health and Wellbeing Service (South Team) for a Team Leader.

This posting within Knowsley 0-25 service where you will join the South team who are passionate about care delivery for our children and young people. With a varied role, this will require a commitment to performance, quality and effective care. Supporting and leading the locality teams within a place based care model. Identifying the needs of our areas and working with our partner agencies to ensure children of Knowsley have the very best opportunities.
