- enthusiastic, focused, and friendly individuals.
- You will have a natural charm and a commitment to providing a personal, genuine service with a smile.
- We need supervisors with a great eye for detail and an understanding of what an amazing customer experience looks like.
- Good commercial awareness would be desired to support the development of the business, as well as an ability to work well under pressure.

**You will love working in a fast-paced environment and have confidence in, or a willingness to learn the following**:

- Shift management
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Team leading
- Training
- Stocktaking and stock management
- Till operating and basic back-office skills
- Service steps and standards
