**About Mystery BOXD**

Mystery BOXD is an online retailer specialising in unique mystery boxes offering customers a chance to shop mystery items at a fraction of the retail price. We are a non-manufacturing retailer working with big and small brands to help prevent stock from going into landfill or being destroyed. Our platform gives these brands an opportunity to sell their stock to us without their products going on sale & tarnishing the brand image.

**The Role**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Support in general administration including filing, invoicing, managing orders.
- Serve as a point of initial contact for any enquiries, customer and client services.
- Creating and managing organic social media content.
- Lead in content management and updating social platforms.
- Producing online content for website and social media.
- On occasion supporting the operations team with order processing in Blackburn during peak periods or cover.
- Supporting Founder with various other tasks including scheduling and admin.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- A confident self-starter with ability to use initiative to complete tasks at hand.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Ability to work off own initiative.
- Strong organisational skills, with ability to priorities
- Previous experience within e-commerce is preferable, but not essential.
