**What you'll be doing**
As a **Planned Works Agent**, you will have the following accountabilities:

- Propose and implement changes to support a culture of continual improvement
- Ensure quality of service is being maintained
- Prepare detailed construction programmes, carry out ECI where needed
- Provide the best utilisation of materials, equipment and manpower
- Duty Agent out of hours (on a rota basis) Winter Maintenance duties as needed
- Management of effective resources to meet the workload demand, ensuring that resources are utilised and productivity maximised
- Identifying and managing Risks, using ‘Iris’ and Conject to support the Senior Team
- Work pro-actively to build strong client relationships with WSCC counterparts and other stakeholders.

**Who we're looking for**
You will have the following:

- NVQ qualification or an understanding of emergency and winter service operations,
- CSCS, SMSTS, SSSTS
- Lantra NHSS 12
- Experience delivering highways reactive and planned works
- Detailed knowledge of surfaces, drainage, civils, structures, signs, cyclical, road markings and studs.
