**Residential Conveyancing Team Leader - Leicester**
Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Conveyancer (Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner) in Leicester looking to take the next step in your career and lead a team of specialist Conveyancers?
This is great opportunity to join one of the regions leading full service law firms based out of their modern Leicester office, working in a dynamic and fast paced environment dealing with a variety of conveyancing transactions and managing and developing theexisting conveyancing department.
You'll have significant experience and understanding of the conveyancing process and have dealt with all aspects including sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, new builds, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, equity release etc. You'll be confident in developingand maintain relationships with clients and local estate agents and be able to undertake business development and networking to be able to help bolster the team.
You'll be involved in training and developing the junior conveyancing paralegals and fee earners and provide support as and when necessary. This is your chance to really put a stamp on the team whilst maintaining your own caseload of high quality work
