The Graphic Designer will be joining a growing Digital Marketing agency and their Creative Service function, working on a mixture of creative projects largely for e-sports gaming, the Graphic Designer will need to have a passion for this industry and an understanding of the e-sports gaming World. They will work across the development of concepts and the creation of digital assets with a focus on customer conversion.

Working closely with the Creative Manager and the client themselves, the Designer will be instrumental in the creation of digital solutions across various platforms.

**Reporting to the Creative Manager, the Graphic Designer will**:

- Take ownership of projects and be responsible for the concepts and execution of all campaign work assigned to your portfolio.
- Handle a full range of concurrent design projects.
- Analyse all briefs - deliver concepts/ designs that meet the communication objective on a business level and design excellence on a creative level.
- Place a particular emphasis on conversion based design.
- Actively partake in conversations surrounding the needs of the client.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Adobe creative Suite with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator and XD.
- In depth and up to date knowledge for the intricate details of the e-sports world.
- Must poses a strong sense of urgency, commitment to quality and the ability to consistently think at a strategic level to maximize the conversion level of digital assets.
- 5 years experience within an ad agency or design studio or similar role/environment.
- Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts and challenges.
- Positive, high energy, and motivated to learn.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the current competitive marketplace, design industry trends and the capacity for using this knowledge to develop strong creative solutions.
- Possess maximum attention to detail and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Strong knowledge in e-sports and gaming.
