**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.

You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times, we therefore ask for a minimum of 2 Years experience dealing with PBS and Challenging Behaviour. It's key for the post holder to have a track record of building positive cultures within a service and being able to bring large teams together. You will need strength in leadership, and be able to give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and creating an environment where lessons can be learnt is also important.

In addition you will be comfortable using basic IT systems that are required within the role - training can be offered to support this area. You will also hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
