We have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives. Travail Employment Group are working closely with a market leading performance company, who are currently looking to expand their workforce, due to a continued increase in their business. Our clientis looking to appoint Production Operatives to join their team.
Title: Production Operative
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
**Salary**: £11.25ph rising to £11.75ph after qualifying period
Hours: Monday to Thursday 6.00am - 5.00pm
Benefits: Free Parking, 28 Days Holiday, Company Pension Scheme, Pay care, Life Insurance
after qualifying period, Overtime rate x 1.25 Monday to Friday
Duration: Permanent
Start date: Immediate
- Key role responsibilities
- Operate a variety of mixing and blending equipment.
- Picking of raw materials.
- Monitor production process and report all discrepancies and breakdowns.
- Package and label finished product.
- Comply with all quality and HSE policies and procedures.
- Experienced in blending and mixing equipment and the use of Siemens control panels.
- Computer literate.
- Happy and able to carry out tasks where manual handling is required.
- Good team player and communicator.
- Flexible to evolving working patterns and prepared to take on extra duties as required.
