**Marketing Executive**

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000(dependent on experience and knowledge)
, permanent
Location: Castle Donington (Flexible Working)

We are supporting a fast-growing consultancy who support a highly innovative client base through R&D tax credits and grant funding services. They are looking for someone to join the commercial team to support with new and existing marketing activity. Youwill have the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of the business. This role will work alongside the commercial team and will report into the Managing Director.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Social Media - Manage and maintain all social media channels for the company, including the creation of content
- Website - A core mechanism of our client's marketing strategy is the website, this requires regular updates, including content uploads and optimisation
- Content Writing - Support and work with the wider business to create quality content to support marketing campaigns i.e blogs, articles & PR
- Event Organisation - Support the commercial team to manage the events diary; to design and execute marketing content to support virtual and in-person events either hosted or attended by our client

**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar B2B marketing role
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Experience managing a CRM system
- Experience using social media management platforms
- Experience in managing a website
- Experience in creating compelling and relevant content which is industry specific

**Desirable but not essential**
- Experience working in a Professional Services business
- Knowledge of systems such as DotDigital, Hootsuite, WordPress
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for document and graphic creation
- EO keyword research and optimisation
- Experience of managing paid advertising campaigns
