**More about the role**
Our Leaving Care Support Workers support Young People aged 16-19 years who are leaving care, living in the community within their own supported accommodation who display emotional, behavioural difficulties. You will be working with young adults to support throughout their transition to independence. Our leaving care programme aims to meet the needs of our young people and to guide them towards a positive independent living experience developing life skills along the way. This role predominantly consists of lone working but full support and guidance is at hand from our Team Managers.
**Hours will be 1900-0800 39 hours over 3 nights and will include some weekends.**
We are looking for staff who have a support worker background with experience of working with young people in a residential setting.
