**Salary: £27,580 - £30,630 plus excellent benefits package**

**Working Hours: Rotating shift pattern Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00 | 10:00 - 19:00 and every other Saturday paid as over time 07:00 - 12:00**
- Scania GB are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to take on the exciting role as a Parts Advisor. The main responsibility of this role is to provide timely and efficient support for the Aftersales operation whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers.
- Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
- Support increased part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling utilising the primary national part sales programmes.
- Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
- Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of sound parts knowledge and excellent customer service, ensuring that customer requirements are met or always exceeded.
- Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch whilst minimising levels of obsolescence.
- Proactively embark on perpetual stock checks working to reducing stock check line discrepancy rate.
