We are on the hunt for an experience Children's Support Worker or Senior to come along and join our growing team
We pride ourselves on being market leading and putting the Children at the very forefront of our focus and attention and ensuring that we are influencing the confidence and social skills of every child in our care

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance to children who have suffered from Childhood neglect, behaviours that challenge as well as social and emotional mental health needs
- Assist with daily activities, including but not limited to, school runs, educational activities, sports and games, shopping, cooking, cleaning.
- Support Children in participating in community activities and social events
- Help the Children to develop and maintain independent living skills and confidence
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status appropriately
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized care plans

- Empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of individuals
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
- DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
