On Track Group has a brilliant opportunity for a highly motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our rapidly growing company based in Severn Beach, Bristol.

As Recruitment Coordinator your role will be varied, and no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs. You will drive and deliver a growing workforce to all sites, project planning and adhering to headcount requirements for each new site.

It is essential you have the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders.

The company has some great benefits, plus bonuses throughout the year with the potential to earn up to 5% individual performance related bonus.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
