Employed Mortgage Advisor job in Devon with leads available

In this Mortgage Advisor role, you will be joining a recently established mortgage brokerage that has an association with an independent estate agency with 4 branches across Devon. You will likely be able to write 2 mortgages per week from the leads provided

But don’t worry, no weekend working required You will have full autonomy to run your own diary and flexibility when you work. You should aim to pop into the estate agency branches a few times a week to maintain a good working relationship and discuss anynew or existing clients

The Director is not interested in micromanaging you, as long as they can see you are maintaining good levels of activity, providing great client service and no compliance issues

**Mortgage Advisor Requirements**
- Looking for a current Mortgage Advisor with full CeMAP or equivalent
- Providing great client service should be part of your approach to mortgage advice
- Multi-tied or whole of market experience would be preferred
