As part of the organisation’s expansion strategy, we are presently working with themto find an experienced Senior National Accounts Manager - Plant Based products to join their team.

Details:

- At least 4+ years selling within FMCG alongside a strong sales/marketing background in plant based arena
- Experience selling into the top 6 Retailers
- Understand and believe in the brand’s ethos and range of products
- Real passion and drive to deliver a plant-based 4-year business plan
- Experience with growing sales within an FMCG challenger Plant based brand
- Hunger to acquire new customers while keeping the long-term interests of the business in mind
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Responsibility for customer accounts including credit control, service levels, and relationship development in line with company targets
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Weekly Sales planning, and movement details to ensure efficient use of time and travel time
- Ability to showcase and drive NPD created by the business, plus also look for ways to drive margin through product EPD
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budget
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Regular engagement with Sales by acting as the conduct between marketing and sales - bringing corporate programs to sales and communicating sales’ needs back to corporate marketing - such as gathering account and market information for program execution.
- To ensure all UK digital marketing activity accurately represent the brand and product categories including social media
- Creation of content and ongoing maintenance of our social media channels and enforcement of brand guidelines internally and externally

**Skills**:

- Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Excellent communication, writing, and customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving and organization skills
- Able to meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Ability to travel
- Crucial knowledge of retail market within plant-based category, knows key decision makers and influencers within Big 4 retailers
