Personal Assistant to The Chairman

**Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman - Permanent, Full-time**
**Salary**: £30-£35k per annum (DOE)
Are you an **experienced** Personal Assistant & looking for your next position?
**Duties**:
- Drafting letters & invitations & collating RSVPs when necessary
- Diary management & booking appointments
- Organising & co-ordinating family travel arrangements
- Managing the schedule of a private aircraft
- Liaising with Estate Managers on estates in Yorkshire and Wales
- Liaising with house staff to ensure the smooth running of the house during busy periods
- Keeping HR records for other staff up to date
- Dealing with requests from other members of the family
- Dealing with all medical appointments & any insurance claims
- Assisting with personal finances, including Household petty cash & keeping an account
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date
- Maintaining & updating the Database
- Maintaining the filing systems
**Experience Required**:
- Extremely well organised
- Discretion & trustworthiness
- Tact & good negotiating skills
- Able to act quickly & calmly to changing situations
- Able to create & maintain excellent internal & external working relationships
- Initiative & a keen sense of humour
- MacOS experience
- Experience with MS Office especially Excel
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30
