As the agency grows, they are looking to hire an Operations Director in a brand new role. The role will involve:

- Managing day to day agency operations and business transformation of a start up style agency
- Developing and refining agency processes to ensure excellence across all departments
- Optimising agency efficiency
- Acting as connection point between finance, creative services and resource team
- Overseeing agency events
- Managing the promotional activities of the agency

You must be highly experienced within the creative agency world - client services experience would be a real bonus, and you must have managed a creative agency team. This role could also be considered on a 4 day working week, and the agency works to a hybridworking model of roughly 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
