We’re looking for a talented, experienced Barista/Front of House member to join our friendly hard working team at our NQ Cafe. The role involves the responsibility of serving + maintaining our high standards within our full drinks offering, from specialty pour overs, to perfectly brewed teas.

The service is to a high standard, so you will need to demonstrate great efficiency + most importantly, deliver a fantastic cup of coffee every time. This role will require self-reliance.

We are proud to offer a great amount of continued training + development within Foundation to progress though their career with us.

**Working hours (Mon-Fri) 7:00am-5:30pm (Sat-Sun) 8:30am-5:30pm**

We’re a small team that works hard and has fun while doing it. We take great pride in our products and service standards and are looking for like minded individuals to join the team.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers in a friendly manner
- Restocking
- Assisting customers with menu items and answering any questions regarding food or drinks
- Running food and drinks from the bar to customers
- Clearing and cleaning tables promptly
- Cleaning toilets and restocking toilet roll/soap dispensers
- Keeping shop floor and exterior areas clean and tidy
- Empty bins and clear rubbish
- Keep store room clean and tidy
- Communicate feedback to managers
- Prepare milkshakes and smoothies for service
- Experience in speciality coffee
- Barista trained

Person Specifications:

- A genuine passion for customer service and hospitality roles
- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- A positive attitude and works well in a team
- At least 1 years experience in a FOH role and 1 years experience in a Barista role
- Able to naturally seek out tasks in quiet periods
