Are you a Design Team Leader looking for your next big career opportunity as a Design Team Leader? Do you want your next role as a Design Team Leader to be within a well-established company? This Design Team Leader role would be perfect for someone who has experience using creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft O‑ce and Windows operating systems. The Design Team Leader would be responsible for creating, developing, checking, approving and processing designs for product, packaging, website and other related items.

**Design Team Leader Ideal Profile**
- A vast understanding of procedures and all aspects of controlling the daily checks needed to maintain a high standard of quality and control
- Comfortable organising, following, creating and adding to design briefs agreed with internal and external personnel
- Experience using creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft O‑ce and Windows operating systems
- Able to create KPIs and other reports relating to the design department
- Willingness to undergo training to improve any work related skills and knowledge

**Design Team Leader Responsibilities**
- Managing a small design team within the creative department
- Communicating with your line manager and other departments to aid creative and effective design work
- Liaising with external customers and suppliers to support creative and effective design work
- Creating, developing, checking, approving and processing designs for product, packaging, website and other related items
- Creating and sustaining records and files for design works and related correspondence
- Creating, managing and maintaining websites
- Working to ISO9001 and BRC procedures
- Upholding all Health and Safety at Work requirements at all times
