Home Instead Altrincham, Sale and Wythenshawe are hiring Morning Care Professionals to join our growing team to support our local clients in the Altrincham, Sale and Wythenshawe areas with companionship, personal care, home help, meals or medication.

**Join a company that values YO**U. We pay well above minimum wage at £12.50 and £13.50 per hr to recognise the hard work of our Care Professionals.

We offer different working patterns to suit you. Our morning calls start at 8am and you tell us how long you want to work for.

As a Home Instead Care Professional you will benefit from:

- Above minimum wage hourly rates of £12-50-£13.50 an hour
- Build relationships with **Regular Local Client**s for a minimum of 1 hour call
- Double time on bank holiday
- City and Guilds accredited learning development programme and Level 2 and 3 Health and Social care qualifications
- Paid induction training & paid mileage
- £250 refer a friend bonus
- Carer Reward schemes & employee wellbeing programme

You will support our older clients at home with their morning routines which may include helping someone with poor mobility out of bed, and any tasks to help them get ready for the day. This can include, washing, dressing then maybe breakfast and generally getting ready for the day. Other tasks can include light housework or medications, some clients need taking to appointments, hairdresser or shopping.** Companionship is at the heart of what we do, and a genuine smile and friendly conversation go a very long way.**

Our Care Professionals will be:

- ** Based Locally around Sale or Altrincham or Wythenshawe**:

- ** Driver with UK Licence and access to a vehicle**

**Qualifications**
While previous care experience is a bonus, our Induction & training programme is comprehensive, with a combination of face to face learning & e-learning modules, this includes The Care Certificate for those new to care. Along with the support of our office team we will get you up to speed.
