**Team Member**

We are looking for a talented and experienced **Team Members** to join **The Greenhouse on the Terrace**, a brand new restaurant with a roof terrace bar overlooking the canal at Castle Quay in Banbury.

With beautiful interiors, a locally sourced, seasonal menu and a stunning roof top location, the focus of Greenhouse will be simply - great food and excellent service in special surroundings.

Our **Team Members** are at the heart and soul of our restaurant taking orders, delivering food and drink, and advising our guests, ensuring they are happy in the venue and are delivered a first-class service.

**About you**

The **Team Member **position is a guest facing role so you will need to be well presented, full of personality, passionate about great service with the following experience:

- Previous experience working in a high-quality restaurant is essential
- An interest in food and drink with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Enjoy working in a team with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

**Please note: flexibility is key. You must be willing to work evening shifts, weekends, bank holidays and school holiday periods.**
