DGMHA is a registered Scottish charity, established in 1988, providing care and support for people across Dumfries and Galloway, whose lives are affected by mental health.
We have a strong vision and drive to deliver excellence in person centred care and support, seeking to empower and build confidence in the people who use our services to lead healthy and fulfilled daily lifestyles.
No two days will be the same, you will enjoy a varied role providing consistent care and support for setting up tenancies, people living in own tenancies, transitioning from Midpark and social community integration ensuring our support meets the assessed practical and emotional needs of management and recovery modelled by the lived experience of people affected by mental health.
You will be joining a fully trained, experienced and consistent team which runs at the maximum staffing levels, additional hours/overtime are available but there is no pressure to do so, all rota’s are in advance and available live on the app on your work mobile phone, all current vacancies are due to expansion only.
In return you will work for a Charity that puts adult wellbeing and safeguarding at the forefront of everything we do and be part of a friendly, ambitious, driven and innovative team.
