Charity People is delighted to have partnered with The Children's Trust in their search for a Senior Partnerships Manager. As an experienced partnerships manager, you will lead a small team to develop and grow corporate partnership income from a range of businesses.
About The Children's Trust
Every year 40,000 children in the UK are left with a brain injury as a result of an accident or illness and it can be devastating - they may no longer be able to walk, talk, stand, sit, or feed themselves - sometimes all of these abilities.
As the UK's leading charity for children with brain injury, their aim is to help rebuild as many of their skills as possible, as well as their self-esteem. A child's confidence is central to that relearning.
The Children's Trust deliver rehabilitation, education and community services through skilled teams who work with children and young people, and their families. Expertise and experience in meeting the needs of children and young people with acquired brain injury,neuro-disabilities and complex health needs.

About the role
The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in shaping the future of partnerships within the Children's Trust. You will proactively lead a small team to develop and grow partnerships with a range of businesses.
Working alongside the Head of Volunteer Fundraising, you will contribute to the overall fundraising strategy, develop new business and create opportunities that inspire long term financial support.
Your role will be to inspire and motivate your team to further develop the scope of their partnerships and income. Creating stewardship plans, managing budgets and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure targets are achieved.
About you
You will be an experienced partnerships manager, with a proven track record of managing high-level partnerships with corporates. Preferably these will be multi-year partnerships at 5figures+.
This role will have a new business focus and you will be able to demonstrate from previous roles, your ability to identify opportunities, develop creative proposals and deliver successful pitches.
We are looking for a partnerships manager with excellent relationship management skills, who can lead and inspire their team, corporate partners and wider organisational stakeholders.
