- Why join our team?
We are looking to recruit two TM1's in Production Services on Nights 1, to work effectively with
others as part of a team consisting of Team Managers, ATM’s, Engineers & Team Members, who
together possess all of the necessary skills ensuring the smooth running, day in day out, of our
manufacturing facilities to ensure our products are made to the exacting standards our
consumers demand.

What will this role achieve?
Knowledge, training and experience in different areas throughout the site.
What will be your key deliverables?

- Working as part of a fast-paced team
- Replenishing production lines with packaging, bins, pallets, clean trays etc
- Operating Autowrappers, Lachenmeier, Biscuit Compactor etc
- Communicating with transport. Organise and update Trailer yard plans
- Inhouse storage of packaging/WIP/Finished Product/part pallets
- Carry out rack location checks
- Move compound/crush to designated areas
- Creating WIP/Finished product labels using HHT’s
- Unloading/Loading of trailers
- Marshalling pallets from conveyor to spur / areas
- Order Picking
- Complete truck checks, near miss, hazard or accident and defect forms where required
- Weigh out and make up small ingredients
- Waste recycle/segregation
- Maintain general housekeeping duties
- KPI Targets to be achieved
- Health & Safety to be adhered to and championed

What do you need for this role?
Ideally, an in-date FLT licence, Autostore knowledge, warehouse experience, working with
ingredients, ability to lone work and also part of a team
