**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
**Our Home - Henderson Court**
- Our ages range between 29 and 40 we all have similar needs, but we are all very different people.
- We all are very mobile and have full capacity, we all have different challenges such as autism aspergers and learning disabilities we just need a little support day to day. We have staff that are trained to meet our needs and fully support us in all areas of our lives.
**What is important to us**
- We enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, the Gym and various shared interest groups. Our other interests include listening to music, gaming, visiting the local shopping centre, eating out, going to the theatre and maybe a beer in town.
- We are kind and considerate we like to laugh, and we respect each other’s personnel space.
- We enjoy sharing our lives with people who listen and understand our needs.
We would not enjoy spending time with people who are pushy, bossy or don’t listen as this could upset our lives.
**Other information**
- There are always three colleagues on site during the day two in the evenings.
- During the day staff start at 8am some staff swap over at 2pm there is two waking nights who start at 8pm and finish 8am.
- To support best lives possible our staff, have specialist training in ADHD, eating disorders, acquired brain injuries, dysphagia, autism awareness and learning disabilities.
