**We're looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our DWP Digital Community.**
You will manage the development of new Fraud & Error products that safeguard users and taxpayers - initially taking on a product in the private beta lifecycle stage.

**Developing World-Class Products**
You're our Product Owner - and that means exactly what it sounds like.
You will be responsible for strategic and tactical product decisions. You'll use your knowledge of user needs and business goals, and your PM skills, to frame problems and communicate goals and priorities to an agile, multidisciplinary team.
You'll also be actively involved in developing the product strategy, managing the product roadmap and ensuring the roadmap aligns with other Fraud, Error and Debt products. You can expect to work independently as well as with more senior Product Managerson more complex stuff.
***You will be a valued member of our brilliant product manager community, and you may manage Associate Product Managers to develop components or features forming part of the product.

- **Setting The Product Vision**: You form the vision for the product and engage with teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision over time.
- **Lifecycle Management**: You maintain and iterate a product over time to continuously meet user needs and support in the effective production.
- **Managing product backlogs**: You create the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
- **User-focused**: You act as the voice of the business and the users during development and stabilisation.
- **Agile**:You can work in a fast paced, evolving environment, using an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.

You'll be based in your choice of our brilliant digital hubs in either Manchester or Blackpool.
We work a hybrid model with 40% of your time collaborating on-site, and 60% home working.
We'll pay you you up to £59,589, plus 27.9% pension contributions which could be worth around of £16,000 a year.
You'll get a leave package starting at 26 days, plus all the usual bank holidays. An you can take up to 3 extra days a month on flexi time.
