This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance administrator to be part of the Finance team that support the firms within the group that are based in South Wales.

**What will you be doing?**

You will report to a supportive and experienced Management Team who will give you full on job training. This is truly a superb opportunity for someone who is looking for that next step with stability and growth. Undertaking Finance duties primarily for the Finance Manager and Administration duties for the wider team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Petty cash control and weekly banking duties
- Prepare Management accounts information
- Liaise with suppliers and set up standing order/Direct Debit payments
- Support the Finance Manager in all credit management tasks
- Updating databases and software as required
- Assisting with Marketing activities as needed
- Assisting our Customer Liaison Officer with Health and Safety checks
- Ensure New and Lost clients are processed in line with practice Assurance and Money Laundering legislation

**About you**:

- 1 year + work experience in a Finance Admin role ideally within legal, finance or accountancy setting.
- Confident working with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to plan and prioritise and work to deadlines
