**FOOD AND BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS**

Join our team at the **AlonA Hotel**, our hotel is set within the grounds of the idyllic Strathclyde Country Park and on the banks of the loch. Our Glasshouse restaurant and bar has a welcoming atmosphere with its unique architecture, a custom
- built atrium overlooking the loch. We are looking for enthusiastic, genuine and friendly **FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANTS** who will offer an exceptional customer experience to our guests.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- attend to the needs of all customers in the Food & Beverage Department
- help the company to achieve an excellent standard of customer service
- prepare and service areas throughout the day/evening as required
- follow the checklists for the area that you are assigned and take direction from supervisors and managers
- bar, barista or any customer service experience would be advantageous
- no prior experience is essential, but the right attitude will go far in this business
