**About the Job**
We have some exciting opportunities to join the NHS Supply Chain Logistics network as a Warehouse colleague. Based in our new building in Suffolk Park in Bury St. Edmunds, you will be a vital part of the team, supporting more than 8 million orders per yearfor customers across the NHS.
**As part of your key responsibilities you'll**:

- Pick, check, store and pack goods either manually or using RF technology to a high standard of accuracy
- Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
- Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
- Achieve the targets (KPIs)
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
- Be listened to with any ideas for improvements, so be sure to make your voice heard

**About You**
- A good communicator, and happy to work with all of your colleagues
- Able to follow instructions to help get the job done
- It’s a fast paced, busy place, so you’ll be cool under pressure, but happy to meet targets and deadlines
- Focused on accuracy with good attention to detail
- You know your way around a computer so that you are able to input data
- If you’ve got previous experience of working in a warehouse environment, that would be great
- You’ll be aware of health and safety regulations, including manual handling
- Plus no weekend or bank holiday working

**Location**: Suffolk Park NHS, Bury St. Edmunds.
**Contract type**: Full time, Permanent
**Hours**: Shift patterns - 06:00am-14:00pm /14:00pm-22:00pm rotating weekly, 22:00pm-06:00am fixed shift
**Salary**: £20,049.36 per annum pro-rata (plus 13% for the rotating day shifts/plus 30% for the fixed night shift)
