**What You'll Do**:

- Deliver personal care and emotional support with dignity and kindness
- Assist with mobility, medication, and mealtime needs
- Provide companionship and a reassuring presence
- Contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere for residents and team members alike

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A kind, compassionate individual who genuinely enjoys helping others
- Someone who is reliable, hardworking, and a great team player
- Flexible with availability for a variety of daytime shifts
- Able to undergo a DBS check (subsidised by us)

**Roles Shifts & Hours**:
30 hours per week

Roles require **alternate working weekends**, with shifts including **8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm, and 8am-8pm**.
