They are in the search of an HR Operations Manager to be the business lead in maintaining enhancements to the HR information system (**Core HR**) identifying and realising the organisational benefits through implementation.

As the HR Operations Manager, you will help to develop robust processes, ensuring the maintenance and integrity of all systems and data across the team. This includes, JIRA, GapSquare (pay gap software).

You will manage the transactional function of the HR service ensuring that systems and processes are in place to ensure staff and managers have the ability to access information, process documentation and record information effectively.

You will also be responsible for managing recruitment services, liaising with the Manage Service Provider and other key partners internal and external as necessary.

General Duties:

- Manage the day-to-day duties of the HR Shared Services team including team escalations, ensuring service level agreements and customer satisfaction scores are met, team and individual coaching and guidance
- To ensure effective service delivery, through setting appropriate targets and regular reporting on performance.
- To ensure that Managers and staff follow due process when seeking to engage and onboard staff.

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- HR Management/Business Administration/CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Ideally have experience of developing & implementing a shared service model
- Good understanding of HR Systems/Database (ideally Core HR)
- Excellent knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
- Proven experience of successfully leading and managing a team
