**About Us**
Sunninghill Veterinary Centre is a busy small animal practice. We have a varied and interesting first-opinion and referral caseload, we have a great team and are part of a supportive area.
Our focus is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. Our reception team are the first point of contact for clients, warmly welcoming them into the practice, offering support and guidance confidently. Organising appointments and managing payments with a professional manner. We are looking for someone to work more behind the scenes and help get all the accounts up to date.
Overview:
**Duties**:
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Raising invoices for clients, sending and receiving timely payments
- Chasing overdue payments and reporting debtors to Practice manager
- Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
- Full management of credit control following the correct policies and reporting directly to the Practice Manager
**Skills**:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
