THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join an ambitious and progressive practice in Cambridge. This is the perfect role for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to take that next step in their career. You will work closely with thefirm’s real estate team and a lot of the work into the corporate team is cross referred. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of matters and be expected to oversee the smooth running of files and liaising with clientsas and when necessary. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will have the scope to become the head of department as the team develops and grows and be a part of that development and growth. Genuine opportunities for progression towards partnership are availablefor the right individual.
THE CANDIDATE:
This challenging role is likely to best suit a qualified Solicitor within excess of 7 years’ experience, however, applicants with high quality experience over fewer years will be considered and possess the ability to come in and hit the ground running withtheir own caseload. A proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients is essential, as are strong marketing and business development skills as this are a must for this role. You will demonstrate a commitment to developing your careerand the team to its full potential. Suitable Corporate Solicitors will have covered the broad spectrum of corporate matters and be ambitious along with the desire to build and develop a successful department.
