If so, our client’s IT Technician vacancy is the perfect choice for you.

They are a rapidly expanding and successful motor dealership network, operating over 30 sites across London and the Home Counties, on behalf of the industry's biggest manufacturers. With a turnover in excess of £500M and over 750 staff, they now wish toadd to their busy and progressive IT department and seek an **IT Support Technician.**

This role would be ideal for a someone who has good experience of working with Windows and Office 365, however, you will be trained on core other technologies within the business.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Responding to 1st / 2nd line IT requests via company ticketing system
- Configuring New User equipment, Desktop, tablets and Mobile Phones as required
- Administering user accounts, new users, password resets, responsibility changes, portal system setup etc.
- Deskside Support, setting up new desktop machines and relocating existing users around the group.
- Hosted telephone system, user setup and administration.
- Inclusion in IT and business projects to improve efficiency and best practice.
- Mon/Fri 8.30am - 5pm with remote weekend support - 1 in 3 weeks
