Are you a dedicated care assistant looking for a new challenge to help us shape our new state of the art care home?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Healthcare Assistant as we open our 4th care home. Cary Lodge has just had a full refurbishment, designed and built to accommodate resident's needs in a person centred way, it boasts new technology and ergonomic design to enable staff to provide quality care, in a bright stimulating environment.

Duties include:

- Support individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Monitor, record and report any changes in residents needs, condition and wellbeing
- Engage in social activities with residents to promote their well-being.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English language to ensure a clear understanding of care plans.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and documentation purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
