**Job description**
- Enter orders on Sage 200
- Produce Pick lists, Despatch Notes and Invoices
- Enter relevant information onto customer spreadsheets
- Filing
- Telephone / Reception duties
- General Office duties
- Checking customer orders, with accuracy
- Completing all dispatch paperwork to correct standards
- To ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Liaising with Supervisors/Managers to ensure consumer safety and quality of product
- Ensure best before dates adhere to customer specification
- Ensuring correct stock rotation is facilitated to ensure minimum wastage
- Ensure the cold store area is clean, tidy, and complies with Health & Safety regulations
- Demonstrate effective communications to ensure any non-conformities are raised and actioned immediately
- Promoting the company in a professional manner to external visitors
- Any other duties as requested by a member of the management team
- Deputise as requested by Management Team
- Holiday & absence cover within the department (including weekends)

**What skills and experience do you need?**
- Must have experience using Excel
- Previous experience working on Sage 200 is beneficial. Although training will be provided for this bespoke system.
- IT Literate
- Strong Admin Background
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Time Management skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible and positive attitude when dealing with both colleagues and workload
- Must be a team player and able to cover sickness/holidays of other staff

**We are based at a location with no direct public transport links**

Hours of work: 10:00 - 19:00 Sunday to Thursday (**including bank holidays**) - Must be willing to stay later, if customer orders/export are running late.

Holiday & absence cover is necessary, on occasion **(including weekends)**

**We are open 24/7 so working Christmas Eve, Boxing Day & New Years day is a possibility**
