**The Opportunity**

A fantastic career opportunity for a Commercial Business Graduate to join our Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Carflow team. This Graduate role is key in achieving registration, sales and invoice targets whilst also adhering to strict KPIs.

**As a Commercial Graduate, you will be involved in the following**:

- Define and manage in IT systems the monthly plan for registrations, sales, invoices, production request and stock according to targets/parameters.
- Monitor logistic parameters and performance to advice of any threats to the achievement of the plan and propose possible solutions.
- Manage the stock and order portfolio.
- Order pre-launch and launch vehicles.
- Liaise with brand team to build a coherent plan.
- Analyse and forecast mid-long term production mix.
- Monitor and manage the KPI requirements set by Head Office Supply Chain
- Create and manage Logistic reports (e.g. stock and order).
- Order book packs for vehicles to arrive in time for supply at Portbury depot.
- Monitoring of customer orders.
- Manage product tables to ensure all models and versions are correctly configured in the system.

A successful graduate role should have the following:

- 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
- A self-motivated individual, keen to make continuous improvements to processes.
- Comfortable presenting and chairing meetings with the brand managing directors.
- Strong organisation and planning skills, to work within strict deadlines and manage high workload.
- Strong communication skills
- Be able to form strong relationship with brand stakeholders to understand the requirements of the business.
- Excellent MS Excel and numerical ability
- Good general understanding of automotive logistic processes.
