Constant Power Solutions is a Diesel Generator Powering Company and as we are ever growing we are in need of someone to join our great existing sales team

In this exciting new role, you’ll be providing support to the Sales Managers. This support will include data entry, administrative support, contract compliance. You will assist in project management and delivery of customers needs. You will also support the sales team in ensuring efficient and effective administrative practices, whilst helping with customer queries. - **Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain all documents from all client(s) contract administration.
- Pro-actively work with clients/managers to ensure new documentation and provided if necessary
- Validating documents, ensuring they are stored on the correct system(s)
- Help support with file preparation for customers and contracts.
- Various adhoc administration tasks as required by the team.
- Assisting the development of new and ongoing customer(s) requirements by supporting managers and compliance monitoring.
- Day to Day reporting to Sales Managers
- Quoting, Invoicing - following the whole sales process
- Helping to manage and prepare documentation for technical files

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the manufacturing/building industry.
- 5+ Years in administration duties
- Strong knowledge and experience of contract administration processes and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
- Plan and organise workload to maintain a high standard of accuracy of allocated work.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
