**Responsibilities**
- Wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pot wash area.
- Sort and stack clean pots and dishes in designated storage areas.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly sanitized after use.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting any damaged or missing items.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean supplies promptly during busy service times.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or similar environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Team player mentality with a willingness to help others.
