Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our veterinary clinic. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working with animals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with administrative tasks
- Process payments and handle financial transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have prior veterinary experience.
